I have a feeling my DDLV Dreamsnap from last week will do poorly. I liked it, but the lighting was pretty gloomy. I have a good feeling about this mushroom snap though. (Watch me be wrong. Oh well.)

I'm going to be a cringe fan for a moment. I'm one of those goofs that think Funko Pops are cute. I know they are unpopular, but they make me happy. Indulging my My Hero Academia fan needs right now with this set of All Might and Midoriya / Deku Funkos.

Just like that, I'm over my CC shenanigans for the moment. Back to my vanilla rebuild of Strangerville. This is the Roswell mansion (house? No, too big!) Gave Ted's creepy basement a creepy makeover. Have fun researching paperwork there if you're completing the Strangerville Mystery.

Yeesh. When I sit down to play TS4, I always wonder how you folks who play no mods do it. Last time I got into playing, I had to use MCCC to disable autonomous flirting because sims flirted with everyone. This time I had to turn off auto mischief because wow it's bad right now.

I certainly won't regret deleting several small folders (organized by creator because I have very peculiar organization needs for Sims cc) as a mini purge today. I won't possibly wind up with partially naked sims in any of my CC saves. Not at all.

Every once in a while I forget I'm playing the current TS4 reward event in Strangerville with the Sigworth family. Then Jess takes off at a run like this at 2am and I giggle while I watch her flop around for a while. Thank you Jess, I appreciate the distraction.

Weeks (months?) later I finally tried out an imaginary friend in the Sims. You knew it would be the unicorn. All of you knew it. Merry UnHappy Halloween to me, I was not prepared for the full majesty of this monstrosity in my game. Bless her and her terrible voice.

I realized I should probably finish they Storybook Vale story in DDV before the new xpack comes out. DDV day it is. Also, I should grind that Halloween star path. Glass walls look nice.

@surelysims.com did it again with this absolutely stunning Wicked Witchcraft CAS set. I sent Mary Margret to try it on and go look like a cool witch in a pumpkin patch. Undecided if that's fog or smoke rolling off her cig in the photo.

Took Christie Sigworth off to Camp Gibbi Gibbi to say I tried a kids camp. Activities all worked fine. Except serving food and eating time. I keep having to set up having someone make meals in the time period before eating time to have any hope of having food for sims to eat.

I don't know that I planned on any Halloween posts for sims this year. Then last night I dreamed of dressing Mary Margaret up as a zombie. And, I haven't done it yet. But what If I just play stupid dress up with Mary Margaret for silly sims stuff this October? Its a thought...

Season 8 of My Hero Academia is now being released week by week and as a result I devolved into fan writing like a loon again. 20,000 words of an AU in a week kind of writing. This is not sustainable. It is fun though!

Running an old folks home just like I always wanted. In the Sims. The old farts are cranky. When you feed them a steady diet of franks and beans, I really do me "old farts."
In 2 sim days of testing, I can say that getting a caterer to serve meals is much more effective than asking staff to do it.
