My job takes me away from home for a week at a time. I often miss the time with my wife and kids while I'm away. I saw this wonderful ych from @lawkie.bsky.social and it hit home hard. I've gotten a fair bit of art commissioned, but this is by far the most personal. Thank you so much.

So what started off as a goofy comment made by both me and my other half has turned into one of my favorite commissions simply because it captures us as a couple. That even while intimate we are both silly, and that doesn't stop for a second lol. Art by @lawkie.bsky.social who is amazing.

A few of me and my other half. Well, our characters anyway. Been together 13 years and married for 10. Love her to death and we keep our romance alive (and really really goofy most of the time.)
