Broken formulas with data logged manually, incorrect id's, mismatched or duplicated records, no attrition logged AT All in 3 months, vacations? Nothing. They thought since everyone was let go, no one had pending days.

Funny part was that they insisted that I'd work with someone for them to learn, I refused, middle ground reaches was that my ex boss is right beside me seeing everything that I do.

I can fix the reports easily, but theres a shit load of things that require personnel movement and reviews. That I can't fix in a single afternoon.

Currently fixing a shit load of issues caused by my replacements. They paid for my lunch and will also give me a freelance consultant fee.
They've asked if I'd be willing to return to work. I said yes if there was a new contract with either a good raise or a clause for a yearly raise of 15%.

The idea of hiding extended weather forecasts behind a paywall is insane to me. Especially when the weather sometimes isn't accurate for the next day, let alone 90 days away.
I don't trust a forecast past 3 days. A week is an estimate. Past that, it's a shot in the dark.
