I imagine the third party controller market was huge in the fifth and sixth gens partially because DC and N64/GC controllers had such bizarre divisive designs, but also because PS1/2 players needed controllers that wouldn't paralyze them with carpal tunnel. lol

Stuff like this is why I could never quite give Sony the W for controller design. For every step forward in function they'd go a step back or more in comfort. Dreamcast or GameCube might miss half of what these controllers can do but they're WAY more considerate about ease of access or hand comfort.

I’m talking about things like the tokyo beauty and the beast attraction, that mickey minnie railway ride or the new zootopia area. How there’s been a lot of strides in dexterity and movement for animatronics. I suppose it has nothing to do with autonomy, but everything to do with being convincing.

And sure that would’ve made it even longer, but I would’ve gladly watched it. Or at least would accept this being broken into two videos. This one is more than double the length of the first part. It could’ve been three videos, but maybe he viewed the pacing didn’t allow it.

That makes it sound really dramatic and serious, and maybe it is a little. But its also a very fucking silly show, and you'll definitely see that side a lot lol. Its a lot of things, or at least it is to me.

Yeah I remember hearing how short the turnaround time was on this OST and always wondered how Nilsen did it. A little sad this was one he skimped on, but considering how different it is from the rest of the OST it's not surprising.
