2. I did frame-by-frame for the fire and tweens on everything else. I was gonna tween the fire animation but I didn’t know how and frame-by-frame was surprisingly simpler. It makes the fire stand out too much for my liking

There’s 2 main flaws I made
1. I didn’t organize my layers. It made going through them a chore and made things janky looking in the end, like the head. Going back to fix things was more like going over a painting with an extra layer of paint because of this
