John Roberts will change his views on the unitary executive when the next Democrat is elected president. Unfortunately, the SC has increasingly succumbed to political pressures in the past 8 years.

I believe companies misuse the H1-B to pay lower wages for tech workers. Companies need to invest in training American tech workers. There are plenty of CS graduates that can do the job albeit with some training.
