It's okay! It's just another ache that I add to the rest, lol.

It'll subside as it heals ever so slowly. Eventually, I'll just be left with a slight ache every now and then.

Some days it's unbearable, others it's as if it's not even there. Very strange, it depends on the day and what I did the day before, I guess. I have been medically checked if I can ride my motorbike again, and I can. That's all I care about. Another ache or pain is just added to the others.

Yeah, forever. Well kinda, it's permanently damaged, but the rate it'll heal is slower than me using it to walk and kick and run and stuff. Daily life will essentially make it lifelong pain now, unfortunately.

Heat Rub works pretty quickly, within minutes.

I've already been to the hospital. I was actually in a foot brace ("Moonboot") for 2 weeks. Something happened to a tendon or ligament. As the nurse explained, it (though I'm paraphrasing) "It's lost its elasticity" so it doesn't sit right anymore.

You should try something like an Anti-inflammatory Gel or Heat Rub if you haven't already. Fractured my ankle on my motorbike few months ago, permanent ache/pain now. Heat rub is like magic
