A reference sheet in the style of a scroll with multiple views of a humanoid Bill Cipher design. He has long curly blonde hair, an outfit reminiscent of harlequin dolls with a witch hat and cape, and a closed third eye on his forehead. The most important aspect of his design are the bright cyan and orange spirals in his eyes in place of a pupil and iris.

- Black blood that stitches him back together if injured
- Mind-bending abilities
- An amalgamation; goat legs and horns, deer nose and ears, then claws and razor sharp teeth.

He's blind and can't actually see after The Incident. He masks how bad it is with a glamour. However, he does have a wealth of pre and retro cognitive abilities. They're heavily replied upon and the source is his two forward-facing eyes.

He can go inside a conscious being's mind to torture and torment them, and this is his offensive power.

He's taken to living in a cottage in the forest bog he's trapped in, only coming out to "take care of"- (cut)
