TCM said mainly my kidneys but that only got this bad because of the severe circulation problems, kidneys are very vulnerable to blood vessel problems.

Buying the herbs & otc meds elsewhere, is "only" a few dollars more expensive.
So it is in line with my principles to be self sacrificial & do that, but all my money is money given to me: so I want to hear from the givers before I take that step. Especially as I buy next to nothing, just meds/food.

Another thing to note, is due to gov failing & human rights violations, this fundraising has been part of my life for about 10y I cant think about it too much or I get suicidal.
It's draining to be defunded to death.
Don't have the spoons to actively sit with that every day, on top of surviving it.

I'm sorry you have so much damage. Imo that is maiming, if they knew and had the power to change it, they should have, ethically and legally.
Alas, we all lose out when they are like this, but they wont lose sleep or their paycheck.
I wish there was a way to just boot these so only good drs left.

That is really awful & sad. I spent a lifetime being untreated Spasticity, heart-lung problems, Lyme, MCAS, much more.
As a refugee I went to a country where I could self prescribe.
It is how I know what I know. I would have been dead had I stayed. My own research is what saved my life, not drs.

I lost so many friends over it during c19, including very close friends, because I just could not do it and could not stand seeing these items. So we must speak up on the gov doing this.

As a disabled refugee very affected by these intersections, we must speak up about all of it. Including that the gov hides their face. We must. We can do that while accepting that some disabled people, protesters, niqabis have a right to protect their face if they choose. Gov has no such right.

60 is likely too small to affect appetite & blood sugar, I start feeling that 80mg & up, more pronounced at 100-120mg, & absolutely crucial to stay on top of nutrition & meal time at 120-140mg. Blood sugar can both go down OR up, depending on your body & other factors.
