If you're on in NA hours try Australian worlds with low population. PKers often don't want to deal with the high latency.
As others have said learn to fight back long enough to get a freeze off. A lot of people don't expect PvMers to retaliate at all and it throws them off.

Vorkath is pretty easy and is one of the best money makers in game.
Zulrah is the same but you have to watch your health.
If you don't have any gear at all you could try dharoks at the giant mole for a bit or perilous moons.
Royal titans are okay money and will teach you to gear swap.

The wiki team have made their api very accessible to get the recent highest and lowest sale values from the GE. I can shoot you over a copy of a sheet I have made for similar purposes to what you're looking for and some ideas on how to deal with item ids and shop values
