Here is an SEM image of a stem cell from the Science Photo Library. Notice how the cell's textured surface is not full of large clumps, but is highly textured. Then compare it to the cancer cell (in evil unhealthy colors for some reason), which has weird tendrils? Cancer cells aren't like this.
