It sounds like Deion and Shedeur both came across poorly in this draft process, but nothing excuses the cruelty of the "prank".

Our courthouse once had an attorney's staff file paperwork to open a new emergency case 20 minutes before closing. Attorney wasn't present, screwed up most of the paperwork (took us until after closing to get it straightened out) and triggered judicial "comments" at their next meeting.
