I was offline on leave for 1.5 weeks, in the meantime my fantastic team met a minister (Amrit Kaur Purba), prepped a presentation to EU parliament (Luisa Fassi), attended a workshop at Ofcom (@lukasgunschera.bsky.social) and submitted a major paper (@georgiaturner.bsky.social). Very chuffed!

The main issue with gaming on linux outside of steam is the fact you are not able to get protonfixes from valve with proton, this is being solved with UMU, a runtime that applies these protonfixes so the user doesn't need to manually install them!
