My introduction to the franchise came from a friend in school who told me about FFXI. My parents were not about to drop money on a monthly sub game, so I delved in this order:
V->VI->IV through emulator
X->XII from borrowing a friend's PS2
VII->VIII->IX through emulator

Interesting! I see factorio so differently because it seems a lot more like a spreadsheet simulator type game lol.
Also I keep forgetting you aren't the biggest Valheim fan so for a second I was wondering why it didn't make the cut haha
