I managed to find this Help Center page and submitted a request. X Support then emailed me—since I can't log in, I used the third option: replying directly to that email to explain the situation. Now I'm waiting for their response😢

X sent me an email notifying me that my account's email address was changed. “please note that other modifications to your account may be temporarily restricted. If you didn’t make this change, # secure your account immediately #.” How did you manage to recover your password in a similar situation?

No. This account only had an email linke. Now I'm completely locked out after the hacker changed both the email and password.

To delete the account, I need to log in first—but I can't access it at all... My only option now is account recovery...🤦♀️

X's system forces a 24-hour waiting period after each appeal, so all I can do now is wait... and pray no one gets scammed by 'me' during this time😢

They changed my ONLY linked email, then reset the password and took over my account. I'm still waiting for the appeal result—if I don't receive a response within a few hours, I'll have to delete the account.
