The fact that they send paper forms to complete by hand is wild. My lawyer does them for me now but my initial forms took weeks to recover from (I have bad hands)

The number of times I've waited months on a referral only for them to call and say they can't see me for literal YEARS if at all... Like okay I guess I just live like this now
