Puppy classes do so much more than teach skills—they help little pups come out of their shells and make friends. It’s easy to forget they’ve only been alive a few weeks and are still figuring out the world. Show confidence, guide them gently, and they’ll thrive. If you need help, we’d love to chat!

I'm shocked @ how many people think dogs stop being able to learn, ever.
Old dogs WANT to learn or even just work on existing training.
It's important to ✔️ w/ a veterinarian to make sure exercise is good for your dog. This is not a paid ad. I recommend Laika Vet Services for the Seattle area.

Leash aggression is something that can and does effect dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. Some people don't identify it in smaller dogs because they think it's something that only effects large breeds. Let's fix it together.

Socialization isn’t just meeting new dogs or people. It means desensitizing your dog to sounds, places, and situations—a step 90% of my clients skip. It takes patience, calm, no treats, and time. Guess who needs that most: the dog or the human? 😉 #DogTraining #Socialization

The Bellevue Adventure is a class of up to 5 dogs. We focus on leash manners, socialization, walking up & down stairs calmly, impulse control, and how to behave in public.

My life is busy, but that means I don't have time for training sessions w/ my dogs.
After dinner my dogs get table scraps *gasp* I know, I'm not your normal dog trainer.
Don't: Feed them at the table, whine, grab, paw, jump up, bark or rushing in
Do: Calm approach, waiting your turn, eye contact

Look at those happy faces! We made training unaggressively non-negotiable but also spent half of the time playing.
Kit and Willow worked on a rotation of play and stay. They did great and it was wonderful to see them playing so well.

Mija has had years of training to be a PTSD service dog. She's my 3rd service dog and the tiniest of them all. Duckie aspires to be nothing more than a pet, and I love that for her!

Leash manners. Today we worked with 2 dogs at once and that was handful. Start by walking 1 dog at a time before walking them together. This helps you get muscle memory and timing down faster.
