im amazed how a bunch of russians made such a detailed train/subway simulator in garrys mod of all things. not only is it free but its more detailed than anything the wallet fuckers at dovetail have ever made.

Did anyone else also experience yet another brief 1.1.1.1 outage just now? Couldn't resolve CloudFlare DNS yet again for about 10 minutes. Other DNS servers resolve fine and network connectivity is working okay too.

Whoever wrote the algorithm for calculating the path of right-angle connectors in Visio:

why
A Visio diagram describing the connections between computers, a network switch, and a router. The connector for one of the computers to the switch overlaps two other connectors even though there is a more suitable path with no overlapping available, and another connector awkwardly connects onto one of the other computers in a way that does not look visually appealing.

found out the hard way why you read the summary from your package manager
An SSH connection into a Debian Linux system. The Aptitude package manager is removing packages, when the SSH connection is abruptly lost after accidentally removing the network-manager package.
