Idk there are a lot of nuances of course but I feel like I need to cater myself to everyone individually based on what they can and can’t handle which is something I already do as a neurodivergent genderqueer person and I am T I R E D 🥲

“What do you need?” Or “what can I help with” instead of me just deciding those things on my own? We’re all grown ups can we please just communicate? And granted I work in a bar, so I *could* make those decisions but we have really limited physical space so I try to help while staying out of the way

Thank you! I know there’re some people I butt heads with and that’s fine! I feel like it’s a kinda small group of people who have just made complaints repetitively and I think I know who they are. But again, some of them are people I consider friends, like why wouldn’t you just talk to me directly?

To put more effort into work bc I thought a lot of those people were my friends and had respect for me. Only to now realize they’ve been building grudges against me for shit I didn’t know they were unhappy about in the first place. Fuck work, back to fanfic 😤
