Everyone is so predictable in their reactions to things now, it’s kind of eerie. The most radical thing you can do when you don’t like a piece of media is simply ignore it & hype up something you do love. The constant negativity stream on these platforms is exhausting & alienating.

Recovery is officially over and I’ve jumped right back into my weightlifting split this week. Last night I celebrated with my first cocktail in over a month and I am feeling so happy that I’m on the other side of this procedure. Thanks to everyone who kept me encouraged over the last six weeks 🥰
