This gentleman, who used to eat bugs and drink from street puddles, will only take Fancy Feast Medley’s along side his kibble, thank you very much. The beef carne asada, if you have it.

(Not one to ignore his roots, though, he does love drinking tub water 🙃)

Would you be ok with pulling chapters from different books to round out the conversation? U Miss had some books that focused on specific monsters, or maybe chapters from something like _The Global Vampire: Essays on the Undead in Popular Culture around the World_?

It was nice to meet you today, Keezy! Glad I was able to grab a copy of Hello Sunshine before it sold out~ It looks like your DMs aren’t open, but still happy to send over some of my research about sexy monsters if you’d like

Oooo, excited to take a look. I’m leading a discussion on Witch Hat for cartoonists later in the fall and I’m always looking for good supplementary materials.

I cited some good pieces in my dissertation that think about the hows & whys of monster fuckery. Not exactly comparing/contrasting the differences between enjoyers of the subgenres, but maybe a useful place to start? ufdc.ufl.edu/UFE0059099/0...
