i'm explaining my logic for this: i just associate any multiple of 11 as a pastel colour bc it has two 1's and i feel like on a scale from 1-10, 1 would be a lighter colour on a spectrum, so any multiple of 11 is therefore lighter
and it's pastel blue bc i feel like 8 is a very light blue colour!!!
