Justement je connais bien la région. Le Rwanda s'est en bonne partie construit grâce au coltan congolais.

Le Rwanda est un prédateur. Certes le problème de la RDC est lié à un état défaillant mais les incursions du Rwanda et ses activités de déstabilisation ne permettent pas à la région de s'apaiser.
