I love my town's BuyNothing group because of the rules and control. It feels safe, neighborly, and scammers are very rare. There are other groups in my community that are similar if people want to be able barter, trade, gift, and ask without such strict rules.

Why was this guy even out on the street? It's not the first time he's done this.
