I consider this an "ugly" stage- ur past a sketch, but sooo far away from the final vision. For me, it's helpful to zoom out to keep the final, whole, idea of the image in mind, bc otherwise you get trapped wrestling with the details- as you can see happen to me a little with Lightning's face.

Sometimes I look at my past art and get stressed instead of proud or excited or comforted that I made something nice cause how did I even make some of these things?? Can I do it again??? 🥲😀😰
