I think that if social/ political theorists knew about twins (two individuals / same DNA) or chimeras (one individual/ different DNA) that it would not impact how they conceptualize the individual

How would you respond to the idea that mental and behavioral processes that form the foundations of liberalism (autonomy, etc) are not reducible to a biological question?

Congress specifically made independent agency boards, and the supreme court just let trump gut them. I'm not sure why trump or the supreme court would respect Congress's prerogative rather than just invent new reasons to get their preferred outcome
