like this shit has been eating me for months now and I hate it why can't I just vibe in peace. ironically it's making me Less motivated to take care of myself like esp lately with everything I'm going thru I'm eating like shit and working out less and it just snowballs

it pisses me off that all my docs are like "yep you're healthy" and my friends are like "you look great" yet because my parents don't like my body it feels like it cancels out or smth so. I end up feeling bad lmao
