I’m certainly choosing to focus on those doing good work than the ones that are buckling. So, that was definitely a choice.

I don’t think it’s that bad. At the state level most of the democrats in power are doing quite well and making the case. We also have good training programs for people who want to get into politics. (i.e. Run for Something). It’s a mess at the federal legislature and national stage though.

I must be mistaken and need to refresh my memory and understanding. I had previously thought one of the reasons it exists is since US intelligence can’t spy on American citizens, a different country can do so and share intel back.

I’m more optimistic the governor will make the right choice. Susan Collins would have put out a press statement saying she’s had a phone call with Adams and decided he’s learnt his lesson.

For me it’s sertraline. But yes, I’ve tried to get off it, under medical supervision and NOPE. There is no way I’d be a productive member of society without it.
