To enable replays, head on over to the game settings by clicking the icon in the upper right -> gear icon -> game tab, then scroll down.

It might take a slight bit of work, but if you enable Replays and play a match, you can access a replay of said match and enable a free roam camera via the cam settings. Then, you can pause the replay and fly around Springfield.
