i feel like im lowkey fighting off AI psychosis in the back of my head all the time. and moreover that actually we've all been fighting off forms of AI psychosis, some of which are prolly more accurately called internet psychosis, for far longer than LLMs have been around

am i wrong in feeling like the nostalgia cycle is accelerating? obvi the present year is moving forward & so the year that was long enough ago to be nostalgic is moving forward too, but i think that 'long enough ago to be nostalgic' is a shorter length of time now

ive been trying to make a few covers of songs that i like in beepbox and failing miserably, but weirdly enough that feels comforting. if even songs i really love sound like crap when i produce them, my own songs ive banged my head against might not inherently be bad either, just badly produced
