That’s not what anyone is saying. This is a discourse on the best way to balance: 1. Maintaining accountability of the federal government to the safety of detainees that do get deported. 2. Slow down these inhumane deportations knowing we probably can’t stop them altogether.

That’s great but does this not take public attention away from the problem? There seems an opportunity to make the “neutral” public confront the issue by making them uncomfortable while also keeping public eyes on detainees. I also worry about the resumed use of cargo planes? Or should I not?
