Yeah so remember how my work email was auto-forwarding to my coworker?
IT came, separated my email from his, fully acknowledged that my email would still be broken. And then left.
Now no one gets the emails that are sent to me :)

So my work email has been auto forwarding all emails sent to me over to my coworker. We're keeping a running tally of how long it takes IT to fix it.
