We have by far the most *expensive l* military, but it is vastly overbuilt. We spend billions of dollars on building jets we can’t even use, and our military campaigns for the last several decades have not exactly been overwhelming successes.

And he has the audacity to blame “the left” for Fuentes, as if we haven’t seen the conservative to neo-Nazi pipeline play out over and over again, as if more than one of HIS fans haven’t committed acts of domestic terrorism. Boy wouldn’t know self-awareness if it bit him in the face.

liberal in their views toward women, radicalized people, disabled people, queer people, and even Jewish people than Fuentes’ supporters are for Palestinians. They all suck; Fuentes just sucks in one additional way. The same is true of MTG versus Trump.

The conservative coalition is cracking right now, partly over this but more over antisemitism. Nick Fuentes is being mainstreamed and an increasing number of conservative mouthpieces are defending that mainstreaming, while only a few seem to be standing firmly against him, most vocally Ben Shapiro.+

I was appalled in 2015-2016 when I saw how many Christian leaders - people whose names I’d known my whole life - supported Trump. I had no idea at the time how deeply entrenched misogyny and white supremacy were in the Evangelical church especially at the time. It was a real wake up call for me.

It sucks that she’s getting threats. No one should ever experience that, especially when it’s because they’re standing against sexual exploitation. If only she had a smidgen of empathy, she might be capable of thinking this about others.

There is no such thing as “fairness” in sports. Is it fair that some people are born with bodies more suitable for certain kinds of sports than other people are? Is it fair that some athletes have more time to practice or access to better coaches, equipment, and even competition than others?
