Note that I told you about an intersex woman who had been brought up female and only discovered that she had internal testes when she failed to menstruate, and YOU suggested that instead of having them removed, she should have surgery so she could ejaculate.

A person is not a trans person until they have taken steps to transition. And that doesn't mean just dressing differently. Only transphobes think that.

Androgen insensitivity in women with Y chromosomes is a common reason that they develop female secondary sex characteristics and no male characteristics. You can pump them with testosterone as much as you want, and it does nothing.
