We’ve had Easter pie tradition in the family for as long as I can remember. This year I fumbled and forgot to preorder the basket cheese, but it’s a relatively simple cheese to make. So… now I make cheese?

Those are beautiful! I’ve been trying to get into making good biscuits for the last month or so. I’ve made good progress but still much to learn 🙂
