Hey hey @larianstudios.com - I got polymorph’d while changing my spell slots and while a friend was in dialogue with Lae’zel on the transition to act 2. Queue chaos, everyone disappearing and loading into act 2 in our camp clothes. And me as a sheep. Please never change. 🤣

Finally perfected my Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe! They are inspired by Entenmann's mini chocolate chip cookies (but full size)!

Here is the full, quick and easy recipe! No chilling needed! 🍪

Info graphic with my recipe of Chocolate Chip Cookies ingrediates 345g All Purpose Flour 1 tsp of Baking Soda 1 tsp of Baking Powder 1/2 tbps of Salt 1 cup Unsalted Butter 200g of Light Brown Sugar 145g of granulated sugar 2 large eggs 4 tsp Vanilla Extract Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips Flaky Sea Salt (Optional) Intructions Mix together the Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and Salt. In another bowl whip together the Brown Sugar, Granulated Sugar, and Semi Melted Butter. The butter should be about half melted/half soft however it should not be hot. In a stand mixer this will take ~2 minutes. Be sure to scrape down the sides at least one. If doing so by hand mix till it makes a paste like consistency. Once sugars and butter have been creamed together add in the Eggs and the Vanilla Extract and mix until fully combined. Using a rubber spatula fold in the flour mixture. finally fold in the Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips. Scoop about 2 tbsp of dough per cookie onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Cool on wire rack. Notes Dough should not be chilled before baking, baking right after mixing will give best results! Using a 2 Tbsp cookie scoop will give the best results. The middle of the cookies should look slightly undone when pulled from the oven. I recommend substituting the granulated sugar for 2/3 cups of Splenda it will result in having a fluffier consistency before folding in flour and mix-ins. Amount of chocolate chips can vary, 2 cups is a good starting point.
