Great trip to the Gorge Amphitheater for Labor Dave Weekend. Swung by Leavenworth for some brats on the way home and found a hat for Gordie. 🤣 Jack was happy that he only got a bandana.

Hoping @drjengunter.bsky.social will answer. I’m having an overiohysterectomy due to SBT. The Menopause Manifesto was on my radar but I wasn’t quite old enough to have bought it yet. Will this still be a good resource for me or can you recommend some literature, please? Advice from others welcome.

I had to put my baby to sleep due to a rapidly growing oral tumor 4.5 weeks ago. I’m still devastated. I don’t think I’ll ever be ok again without him in my life. My whole life is broken without him.
