These days, I have to intentionally seek out certain experiences (for me it's art) to feel positive about human nature. My day-to-day is disappointment. I work in elder care, and people can be so cruel, politics ✨isn't going well✨, environment is bad, public health is failing, etc. But onward!

And that information will never be distributed as widely as the original disinformation was 🙃.
So many people get their "news" from essentially anonymous social media accounts that have zero accountability for inaccurate reporting. Even real outlets like Fox bury corrections. Not sure how to fix...

I would add getting some sunshine for 20 minutes a day and taking protective measures like masking at the hospital (when possible) to avoid picking up any bugs. Coughing right after tonsil removal is ... unfun. Don't worry about bleeds, yall can add a baby monitor to her room for everyone's ☮️ of 🧠.
