The word "socialism" has no teeth for Millennials and younger. We just see countries with functional healthcare systems, schools, and having basic social needs met as "socialism".
As for the state owning the means of production... that seems to be a Republican thing lately.

It's a normal thing for organisms to reach a homoeostasis with their environment. Humans are no different. The ones that don't do that go boom and bust.

The "humans vs Neanderthal" language is very sus. The fact they have a % of their DNA in populations now makes it likely they were "human" as well. :P

This will pretty much be the the case for any large technology for now on... until we get WAY better at harvesting the sun.

Historically, Kentucky being a "border state" made us a little two-faced on issues. I see no reason why not to use that to our advantage to take care of our own.
