DPH by any chance? That stuff gives me restless legs and really bizarre sleep. I always keep some around in the form of Nytol One A Night 50mg but I try to avoid them if at all possible. I think I might actually need to take one tonight though, this is bullshit.

Yup, my last saving grace was zopiclone but it doesn't take long at all for you to build up a tolerance that takes you past the safe dose. I'm not gonna end up hooked on sleeping pills... Talk about multiplying problems!

I just slept from 1am til 3:30am and now my body is totally awake. If I get up now, I'll manage to get to around lunchtime before I'm unable to operate anymore. Caffeine doesn't cut to to see me through. If I don't get up, I'll just end up laying here with my eyes closed staring into the void.

I overheat waaaay too easily for an electric blanket, I often have the window open in my bedroom in the middle of winter! I know what you mean about the spit thing though, I have to rotate all the damn time and my partner says I do it in my sleep too. Samsung Health confirms!

I often have worse aches and pains in my joints at night, making it difficult to get comfortable enough to drift off. Tried so many different meds but don't wanna risk getting hooked on anything. It's a waking nightmare.

Oof. I can't imagine what that's like. Stay strong, I have no doubt you can fight your way through, no matter how difficult.
