Hey your website is asking me to prove myself to Kurgess or something to access the 2e site? I am assuming this is an anti bot measure but it doesn't make it at all clear how a human is supposed to get through.

Update on this: Refreshing *multiple* times has gotten me there, but it took a few.

Hm! I have also sent an email earlier today and haven't gotten a reply there either.
I don't mean to be like- "Now! Now! Now!", it just feels a bit bad to not get a reply except on bluesky.
Should I simply wait for a response to the earlier email?

Your customer service line seems to be down. I've left messages and have been calling throughout the day, and haven't recieved any reply.

Your customer support number doesn't seem to have any kind of waiting list. I need to contact yalls over some weirdness with an old order of mine, but the number doesn't have a wait period or anything, it just dumps me straight to the voicemail. Should I just keep calling, or wait, or what?

So! update! There's no way to access ones library *from your account*- But the MAIN page? That has a link. Thank goodness.

Update: Needed to... I guess check my browser??? Even the url wasnt working but eventually by going from store.paizo to paizo paizo i found it.

Your downloads page seems to be outright missing for me. Cannot find out how to download previously purchased products OR newly purhcased ones. Even the email I got didn't have a link!
