me and two of my friends (who make up the rest of the staff team of the server i kicked her from) gave her the opportunity to talk several times in a row, and the only time any of us got to talk to her, she only planted herself more firmly in her own grave

we've given her the opportunity to talk to us about this and maybe salvage her reputation somewhat but for whatever reason she thinks it best to just cower in fear and ignore the problem instead of attempting to give us hope that she'll change
