Boil potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme, onion, and garlic for 7-10 min
Add chopped carrots for 2 min
Add chopped pepper, tomato tomato paste, mexican mole, basil, and beef bouillon (alt boil all in beef stock, opt add cooked beef)
