Been struggling with eczema for many years too, I feel you 😥 Mine is mainly stress-triggered, but I found taking anti-histamine and using only dermatological shower oil helps a little. I tried a lot of non-steroid creams, so far Thunderbird Skin and Pomad.Paris work best for me, if it's any help 🙏🏻
