I’ve been inspired by @karenjturner.bsky.social and @cwellesleysmith.bsky.social to do some slow stitching in the dark days of January. I’ve used simple stitches on a piece of white linen, no planning involved. I’ve found it very relaxing, meditative and strangely additive too. #slowstitch

Not much weaving going on at the moment due to these 2 scallywags being very interested in chewing and biting my precious loom! So it’s in a high cardboard cage at the moment until they’re a bit older. 4 1/2 month old rescue kittens. Fluff and Bertie - guess which one is which 😹
