I’m not a big baseball fan but was also infected by the Blue Jays fever that swapped Toronto and the country. It wasn’t the ending we were hoping for but what an amazing run! Thank you Blue Jays!

Too bad they used a single item measure for burnout. It’s not as valid as other measures such as the full MBI, and doesn’t provide as granular information (e.g. burnout profiles). Also, a score of 3/5 on this single item likely resulted in overestimation of burnout levels IMO.
