I’m sure they do!! I’m so lucky I got the job the way I did what was I supposed to do it I had to do an application and an interview? Say I’m over 20 with no job experience?? I won’t take this for granted one bit 😩

As far as I’m aware I wasn’t impacted negatively at all, even today they decided not to take employee family member volunteers but they still allowed me to work today bc they knew I’d show up

I’m still a guest worker because my aunt made me miss orientation 😩 the next classes are next week and after that I’m an official employee 🥳
