Thanks for sharing. This spoke to me sooooo much. I tried to leave my residence for errands (meds/food) today and felt 50% (damn good day). Not 20 mins out and started feeling like garbage but musing over is this chronic or something new coming on?? I am trapped by this analysis very regularly.
