I had trouble figuring out what each number meant for changing the single button press for the QTE’s. I was actually hoping to try it out.

From the accessibility review I saw, the game on the PS5 uses the screen reader from the PS5, or something like it. I don’t know what screen reader the windows version was using, but it was hard to understand when it would read blocks of text.
