Today I backfilled over a year of "selfies of the month" which I started years ago to track my transition. Inspired, I made a collage of the last three years or so. Also included is a side by side of the first and last pictures.

5. One of the most complicated baking project I ever did was religieuse which are like cream puff "nuns." I saw it on Great British Bake Off and thought "I should try that! I can totally do that!"
As you can see, I was wrong.
But they still tasted good!
